( * This prize is supposed for 10 clans attendance at least. It will be $100 less per clan number if the clan numbers is less than ten. Th prize of Winner will be adjusted to 80% of the total prize. The Clan rank 2 prize will be adjusted to 20% of the total one. The engaged clan number must be over six otherwise the tournament will be postponed. The prize will be bigger and richer if we get support from our sponsors.)
All these three team members are offered n2c VIP membership.
All registered team members will be offered free n2c membership.

Please be aware of that registration of n2c 22th dota-allstars tournament will be closed on Tuesday, 16th March 2009. The late registration will not be accepted. Please register asap if your clan is interested in this tournament. The tournament will be postponed if there is less than six clans registered. Please ask our staff for registration form.

If a player disconnects before 10 mins it's a remake. If after 10mins, that team may choose to play on or forfeit. If you choose to play on, you may not sell the items of the dropped player.
You may only buy the following items with the dropped player:
Healing potions (Clarities, tangoes)
Bottle
Boots
Scroll of TP
Courier + Crow
Wards
No other items may be bought for the dropped hero. The unit MAY be used as a courier hero (i.e. same concept as a chicken/courier) assuming the items will be given to the player that brought it as SOON as possible. You are not allowed to block creeps using heros' skills (Furion's tree, Earthshaker's Fissure etc.) Creep skipping will be allowed on the 2 outer towers but not in base. If you're attacking the tower in the base and the creep dies in the base, you can keep attacking it.
Item Rules: You may only have one of EACH the following items on each team:
Arcane Ring
Euls
Necronomicon
If you have more than 1 of them you will be disqualified
Tauren Chieftain/Batrider/Bane Elemental and razor have all been Auto banned.
Mode will be -APOM
You will start off with 600 gold. Host must fill the remaining slots with computers.
Teams must be at there channel 10 mins before the game (Channels will be released with schedules).
Behave Well in Channel and in game.
Map will be 6.64
-Ah (mode 1 or 2) will not be used in this tournament.
Maphacks and other 3rd party rules are not allowed to be used at ANY given time. Offenders will be Disqualified!
How to win:
You must do one of the following to win your match:
1) Your team will have to get 10 kills and double the opponents e.g 10-1 11-4 13-5 etc (Deny, Suicide, or Neutral does not count as a kill)
2) Your team destroys three of middle towers and two of raxes.
3) Other team forfeits (both players must type FF within 30 seconds of each other).
Ref or someone will pause the game and teams will roll. highest one wins and bans and picks first.

Team one will ban: 1 hero
Team two will ban: 1 hero
Team one will ban: 1 hero
Team two will ban: 1 hero
• Picking order: 1-2-1
Team one will pick: 1 hero
Team two will pick: 2 heros

The 21th n2c DotA-allstars Tournament that was involved in seven clans has finished. The groupstage and final game were presented by n2c. Each team was offered six games.
